My name is Coleen Polillio and I have lived in Stoughton all my life. I graduated from Stoughton High School and then went on to graduate with Honors from Bridgewater State College with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. I'm married to Anthony Polillio III, who runs a family construction business A E Polillio Corp that's been running for 100 years. We have 3 Boys Anthony IV, Aldo, and Angelo We also have Boston Terrier Dogs that we love dearly. I've been in the Real Estate business for the past 14 years.
 
Before selling Real Estate I examined the Title of Property that requires extensive research and review of land to determine; ownership, easements, temporary and permanent encumbrances, liens, restrictions, and any other possible title problems. This knowledge allows me to further educate my clients about the transfer of property. As your Realtor®, it is my responsibility and job to understand your needs and to respond to them Promptly, Professionally, and with Integrity. It is my commitment to you to provide service beyond your expectations. Knowledge is very important to me and that's why I continue to take classes in Real Estate.
