1. What drew you to the real estate industry? I always had an interest in the real estate industry. That interest goes back to my younger days. Looking at architecture, and developments, seeing a developer take raw land and turn it into something that would later become a hotel, a movie theater, or even a shopping plaza. It's about taking something that had no shape or form and turning it into a work of art. That made me dig deeper and deeper to find out there are several aspects of the real estate industry that you could tap into. Also, television shows such a flip that house. I thought it was fascinating to see contractors take a house that was run down, unlivable, condemned by the city and bring it back to its former self. What was once trash, is now a treasure, making it into a work of art. 
   
   
2.  Where did you grow up and where do you live now? I grew up on the upper east side of Brockton, MA about a couple of miles from the Abington Line. I currently reside on the west side of Brockton, on the Easton Line. 
   
   
3. Name one celebrity, dead or alive, who you would like to sell a home? One celebrity I would like to represent is Denzel Washington. The reason being is not because of the commission that would come from the sale, but someone of that caliber trusting me with their biggest asset. That would put my credibility as an agent right at the top. An agent of choice for celebrities. 
   
   
4. You are stranded on a deserted island for one year, you get to bring 3 things – Tell us what. I would bring my Bible, a year’s worth of wipes, and a walkie talkie radio.
   
   
5. Most used feature on Raveis365? Most used app on your phone? Tell us why! MoxiWorks 24 CMA. It allows me to send a conditional CMA to potential clients and track if they’ve viewed it. The system gives potential clients their property value in today's housing market. The CMA is of course conditional, and the price is subject to change. It’s the most used app on my phone between Facebook and LinkedIn. With Facebook I'm able to promote a coming soon or just sold property with a click of a button. I'm able to reach people not only in the States, but also across the county. It’s that powerful of a system. Boosting a Facebook post for $10.00 post could reach 10 to 20 thousand people within weeks. 
   
   
6. What is the best advice you received from your parents or loved ones? Always work hard with everything you do and give it 110%. Believe in myself and never give up. 
   
   
7. If you weren’t in real estate, what would be your dream job? A radio talk show producer. I would be interviewing top celebrities, such as Madonna, and the likes. Negotiating contracts, helping people buy and sell their home is more rewarding. 
   
   
8. What are your favorite local activities that you participate in? A game of basketball. Sometimes you need to unplug from the craziness of the daily grind of running and enjoy life.
   
   
9. Fill in the blank: Your day cannot begin without? Fill in the blank: I cannot begin my day without seeking the Lord’s face and asking for his guidance regarding which direction I’ll be led into. Making positive declaration about myself. Thanking God for what he has done, and what he continues to do for me to his Glory!
