Meet Patricia

Patricia started as an entrepreneur at age 23. Always having extremely high levels of expectations highlighted her passion for excellence. Over 30+ years of owning and operating award-winning Day Spa and Salons, she finally decided it was time to begin a new chapter of her life when she began her pursuit in Real Estate, in mid-2013.

When her son Sebastian joined forces with her in 2015, they created a dynamic team that consistently delivers extraordinary service with attention to detail! Patricia leads our team and ensures all our clients have the best experience possible when searching for or buying a property.

1.  What drew you to the real estate industry? I’ve was a business developer and management consultant for many, many years and when my mom got sick, I needed flexibility to work from anywhere.
   
   
2. Where did you grow up and where do you live now? I grew up in Lakeville, but now I live in Franklin! 
   
   
3. Name one celebrity, dead or alive, who you would like to sell a home? Paul Hollywood from Great British Baking Show
   
   
4. Name 5 things that most people don’t know about you.
   I love figure skating & was a competitive ice dancer
   I was a nationally recognized award-winning salon and spa owner for over 35 years
   I love dogs almost as much (if not more) than humans
   I judged International Hair competitions
   I’ve moved and designed/decorated 15 houses and spas.

7. What is the best advice you received from your parents or loved ones? “Sow the hay while the sun is shining”
   
   
8. If you weren’t in real estate, what would be your dream job? My previous passion, in the hair industry, always was my dream job. I’m happy to say that chapter in my life is filled with treasured memories – now Real Estate fills my time.
   
   
9. What are your favorite local activities that you participate in? I’m an avid volunteer at the Lakeville senior center and every year I help to sponsor and organize a Thanksgiving dinner for seniors that may be financially disadvantaged. All in memory of my late mother, Lorraine.
