They excessively control every minute of their kids' lives.

We all know one or two (and maybe we're recovering from this behavior ourselves).

Hate to say it, but some agents can be just as overbearing, especially at open houses.

This is a hard no for us.

When it comes to planning open houses with sellers, we live by one mantra: *Present but not pushy*

We want sellers to feel confident that their open house will be warm and inviting, allowing guests to explore freely.

Sure, we’re there if they need us, but we’re always in the background — friendly and welcoming but never intrusive.
